Taking part in open enrollment lets you learn the differences among each health plan so you know you’re covered by the one that’s best for you and your family. Learn more at Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline.

Open enrollment for the 2026 plan year runs November 1-30, but you don’t have to wait. You’ll soon receive an open enrollment letter inviting you to take part in this year’s campaign.

You can review the available offerings and select a new plan now through November 30. Simply visit the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline Portal at www.ohiomh.com or call 800-324-8680 (TTY 711). Representatives are available 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
